Alongside mechanical service, Boar Built takes on small household repairs and punch-list items that can be completed within our current scope and applicable licensing and permitting requirements. The examples below are typical requests and are always confirmed against scope before scheduling.

Scope Matters
Boar Built only accepts handyman work that can legally be performed within our current scope and applicable licensing and permitting requirements. If a project requires a licensed trade or permit outside that scope, we'll tell you before scheduling.

- Each requested task is reviewed for scope before it is accepted.
- Work areas are protected and cleaned when the task is finished.
- Anything requiring a licensed trade or permit outside our scope is identified before scheduling.
When to Request This Service
- You have a short list of small items rather than one large project.
- A rental or listing needs punch-list items completed.

- You are not sure whether a small task needs a licensed trade.
Outside Our Handyman Scope
These types of work are not offered as handyman services. If a request involves them, we will say so before scheduling.

- Plumbing supply or drain modifications

- Any permit-required work outside our licensed and qualified scope
